Reducing the sludge and swarf in the coolant tank from 100% amount to 5% in few minutes. Concurrent two-way flows. No electric pump to experience the pure pneumatic system with no spark concern.

Molten metal forced under high pressure fills into the mould and solidifies, it would then require the release agent to complete the last step. Since the concentration has been adjusted and diluted, it speeds up the contamination of the fluid.

This extremely contaminated coolant sample was brought by the customer. The problem came from 4 cm thick of dark tramp oil leading to corrosion and bacteria mass.
